Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on jwalek.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorized agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (URL or description).
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with:
- Your signature, contact info, and identification of the removed material.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts that receive repeat infringement notices will be terminated.
Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove the material and notify the user who uploaded it.
